Hi , I just wanted to say, Thank you to the staff for all their help today. I had a Great experience from start to finish, the staff couldn’t be more helpful in my emergency. I was offered several appointments times to try and meet my needs. And given great directions to the facility, as it was my first visit to the practice. I am very happy with the service I received from the Dentist, he was patient and professional.

Tried to get emergency treatment for my tooth was told I’d have to come for a follow up as the procedure couldn’t be done that day which is fair enough. Had a text reminding me that I had my appointment only to get a phone call the following day (the day of the app) telling me it was cancelled and I’d have to wait till the new year to be seen. I went in originally with immense pain which wasn’t sorted the first time and now won’t be sorted till next year. Merry Christmas eh

Complaint of Treatment by Ms C Nandakumar at Watch Dental Dear Sir’s I would like to start by saying I am in my 70th year. Six months back I changed my dental practise as my previous dentist was continually keeping me waiting. I approached Watch dental and they assured me if there was any waiting time it would only be between 5/10 minutes I side ok. On my first visit I filled out the appropriate forms and singed them, on my second visit on Wednesday 4th December 2019 I was ask do the same but this time I had to singe a blank form for the NHS asking why my reply was without this you cannot have treatment. My first appointment was 10 minutes late. On my second visit for a check-up it was 25 minutes, on entering the room I knew I was on catch up. No time for nicety’s straight to work; I was laid precticlly flat on the chair. After hurriedly checking my teeth she side that’s fine but I need to remove the plaque, I side ok. Immediately began work, normally they would do the bottom once site you up to rinse your mouth out but no straight onto the top set. Then I had to leave the chair from the same position on my own as she was too busy doing something ells, on lifting myself out of the chair I became very dizzy and all I heard was see you in 6 mouths my dizziness is still continuing to day. What a totally waste of my money and a totally waste of the NHS contribution, when will these people understand that we are patients not singes. Needless to say I will not be returning. Yours Sincerely Mr R Aaron
