If you care about your health dont go to this place , I have teeth infection for 9 moths and they have seen my teeth 5 times and they didn't do anything , last night I was about to have a heart attack and I was in hospital and they said they infection is all over my body, the worst place and all layers , if you care about your health try another place as the doctors here don't know nothing about responsibility and Humanity، they knew how bad is my situation and they didn't do anything for me , I have lost all my beard 5 months ago related to the infection and again they didn't care , pls if you care about your health try somewhere else

My last scale and polish at this practice was so painful and aggressive that I had bleeding gums and teeth sensitivity for days afterward. The hygienist was racing through the appointment (with me in and out of the appointment room in SEVEN minutes) so they just were not taking any care with sharp objects near my gums. I've had dental cleanings done twice a year my entire life, including to a different practice after this one, and I've never had a cleaning like at Newcastle Dental Care. This type of experience is what makes people scared of dentists!

I have been to NDC for regular dental work as well as cosmetic stuff like teeth whitening, vaneers and bridges. I have always been delighted with the results. Fantastic dental practice with a great friendly team. The dentists at NDC are incredibly skilled and the standard of treatment and care is outstanding.

Have had multiple appointments with Dr Lai, all of which have been fantastic. He always deals with my questions considerately and works efficiently. I recently had a hygienist appointment with a Dr who I have unfortunately forgotten the name of, but she was also fantastic. I've never had a hygienist appointment so comfortable, and the results are the best I've ever seen my teeth. Very impressed.
