Rafaello is the real deal. He’s a second generation shoemaker and has all the experience in the world. He’s very diligent and gets the job done right. I had a pair of custom made heels and I love them. Very high quality materials and absolutely best craftsmanship. I’ll come back for a new pair in the winter. And Rafaello is very funny and a true character, a true old school New Yorker. Which is hard to find today!
