Coco and I visited Petco Grooming for the first time and safe to say that we will come back. I already made next appointment with Blanca (the groomer) She was so sweet and such amazing staff. Coco feels so clean and fresh. Thank you, Petco!

What a Petco should be. It’s not super “nice” but it does the job for getting pet food, beds and other essentials. Staff is always super friendly especially the cashier, Parker. She is always so nice and friendly!

The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when I came in needing help with my dog. I could tell that they genuinely cared about her and wanted to see her feel better (she was being finicky about food). Their willingness to help me in an extremely stressful situation made a huge difference not only in knowing how to care for my dog, but also in my day in general.

My biggest complaint about this store (although visually it is just not a welcoming store) is the birds. They have these BEAUTIFUL birds - Opaline Quaker - Green cheek conures and they are stuck in these cages with one, maybe two toys. Considering they sell them for 400-800 a piece one would think they could do something to help keep them happy during the day. They look sullen and bored (and who can blame them!) It is a TRAGEDY to treat these beautiful, intelligent animals this way. They should have toys to the gills in their cages. I dont know if they want them to interact with the few people that pass by but it is cruel and unusual punishment for these animals. They are isolated in a corner of the store and probably see a few passerbys each day. Between that and their one toy each you no wonder they look unhappy. As a note, I have owned birds for 20 years and have worked with a bird rescue for 15 years.
