The restaurant is equipped with two private dining rooms, a full bar and an open kitchen with bar-style seating, allowing guests to interact with Deb and her kitchen. Lunch and dinner are available Monday-Friday, as well as dinner on Saturday.

In her 13 years as Chef/Owner of Zola, Deb received accolades for Nashville's best chef and Nashville's best restaurant multiple times. Nashville restaurants are many, but Etch sets itself apart with bold flavors and colorful presentations.

This was Valentine’s Day dinner and it was amazing. There was valet in-spite of the crazy cold and snow, that guy was amazing. The bathrooms were clean and smelled wonderful(the little things) Everyone was polite and smiling.. service was excellent. Our server was Sarah, she was AMAZING!! Ask for her when you go. Absolutely attentive, informative, funny and sweet. Raven.. the gentleman keeping things running smoothly there, took the time to personally check on us. We sat at a counter where we could watch the kitchen while we ate, it was very cool! The menu, food and wine was amazing! Everything perfectly prepared. The price was a bit on the high side, but I believe you get what you pay for... it was a four course Valentine’s Day with optional wine pairing.

Stopped in for happy hour. Limited options but should be something for everyone. The bartenders were very friendly but not knowledgeable. They had to consult one another on what the feature cocktail was, what it contained and how to make it. We stopped in during the winter months and their entire bar was incredibly cold. Every time a new customer walked in the door stayed open creating a draft.

The most creative flavors ever! This restaurant served me a lunch and a dinner both on the same day. It was so good I went back for dinner. I had an Argentinian beef for lunch that was out of this world. Probably one of the best meals I’ve had all year. Highly recommended.

Came for my brothers 50th birthday. From the moment we arrived everything was 5 star service. Excellent food, drinks, apps and food. Lisa took care of our party and couldn't have been more pleased!!!! Will be back
