일단 간호사들 멍청하고 불친절합니다. 덕분에 개고생하고 몸이 더 아파졌어요. It was terrible. Nurse has very bad attitude and rude, also they don't tell me exact location of the pharmacy. Look at the picture. You never can find pink-point from green one. Because it is not there. I had to walk 20min more to get the pharmacy!! I was sick and walk, so I'm getting worse.

Doctor Roman Polanetz seemed very friendly at the begining, and speaked good english, but when I told him that the peaks of high fever of my son were increasing and getting closer (40), he called it just a flu. Refused categorically my request for a blood test cause it looked like bacteria. Telling me a blood test does not reveal virus or bacteria!!!!Sending me home, smiling \ironically\ with the nurse and accusing me of wanting to give antibiotic to my son. All I asked was a blood test... Keeping my son with 40.3 home...Until we sent him to the emergency and came out it was Streptococus(bacteria) and an infected tonsil which surprisingly he did not notice!! I am so disapointed at him, and we would have avoid a lot if he had tested my son at that moment or just seen more carefully the throat. The one star goes only for your english...I would put 0 if possible...

Really helpful when you get sick during holidays. The lady at the front desk was nice and the doctor took the time to inspect me rather than listening only to the symptoms. Both spoke fluent English
