Nice people speaking a little English. I take the Smart Car to them for service every year and they seem to do a good job. This time the completion time was mixed up and despite dropping the cat off before 9am they said it wouldn't be ready until 5PM. After a little discussion with the mechanics it was changed to 1PM. Also they charged me for filling the screen wash bottle that I had filled up the night before. I complained and they gave me a bottle of concentrated screen wash but didn't take the charge off the bill !!

Pesima experiencia. Fui a devolver un manguito que se pidio equivocadamente por el jefe de repuestos ( Paco). El dinero no lo devuelven y el trato por parte del maleducado jefe de respuestos deja mucho que desear. Sus palabras a la hora de devolver el manguito fueron: No te cambio,ni te devuelvo nada y vete de aqui socio que no te quiero ver.
