I Brought Dell Precision M6700 laptop from Electronic Bazaar.They accept cash on delivery.The package was good and genuine. As mention on there Website I excalty got Same Refurbished product .After using 1 month Laptop works excellent. Only i am Unsatisfied with charger as it is labeled 180 watts but it is actually 130 watts so needs to power off for full charging,But anyway i am still planning to buy same laptop again for my friend.I suggest to buy from Electronic bazaar as they have lots of good deals.There customer service is very good.

I had ordered a refurbished dell optiplex from them about a year ago and the product received was in excellent condition. Again I've ordered a second refurbished PC, and waiting for the delivery. Though I've not met anyone from their store, but the telephonic conversation with Mr. Sohail was very helpful and he guided with great care and promptness. Hope to buy from you in future again. Purchase laptop from eb.after a month there was issues while charging laptop. I informed customer care about the issue engineer came day after complaint registered. Engineer came he check laptop and inform me that there is charger issue and he will replace it and left. While I was expecting charger adapter to arrive within two three days. I called customer service he told me he has placed order for charger adapter within week time it will arrive. I got call from support only after I informed about delay of charger he told he has place order within 3 days Engineer will come and replace it.finally engineer arrive after 13 days. He bought cheap China made charger of ruide company. I informed him for 13 days wait I am getting Chinese charger he said iball charger isn't available. Today I called customer care informing him for Chinese charger there was wait of 12 days.when I have purchased iball laptop and charger I should get iball accessories as replacement. I also cross questions him if my iball laptop had an issue would they have replaced with dell Lenovo or hp. He said it doesn't happen with laptop. So coming to point buy wisely from this cheat company if at all there is some defect they will replace it with cheap Chinese charger no guarantee what will happen after using it with laptop.they give excuse of getting original accessories but it's available online and even offline store.
