I went there at night when the area just started to set up. So not sure if it opens in the morning. The ice cream roll was so good. They use Meiji milk and they are super generous with their toppings (especially the fresh fruits like mango, banana, coconut). Each roll is thick & creamy. Don't forget to try the Mango Nutella Pancake (Crepe)! I love how the Thai Mango is so sweet and matches so well with Nutella.
