When we moved in May 2018 it was a great place to live. Since then it has slowly become a living nightmare! I’ve had so many issues with the office staff, including the manager. I called the office April or May 2020 to see what next months payment would be (since it changes when you renew the lease due to the credit) I paid what they said I owed in APRIL. This week NOVEMBER (almost 7 months later) they are trying to come after me and saying I owe them 300 for April since only a “partiaI payment” was made. -might I add I was in the office August with the same issue and they said I was up to date for my payments since it was their mistake. don’t waste your money messing around with this complex! Don’t recommend this apartment to anyone!!!

I've been living at Tallgrass for a couple of months now and I couldn't be happier. The apartments are spacious and very well maintained. The office and maintenance staff are so nice and accommodating (which is great because I can be a pain). I am so happy we chose to live here!!

Have lived here for 2 years and had a great experience. The complex is fast on maintenance requests and the workers are happy to solve any issues you have. Wouldn’t have rather lived anywhere else while studying at CMU.
