The sales advisor Robbie Ritchie has displayed outstanding customer service skills through out my recent purchase. I was extremely impressed with his prompt response to any of my calls or emails, sometimes up to 10 or more a day and he always resolved my queries within minutes. The personalised video tour of the car was the best experience I have had when purchasing a car. This was ideal for me as I work all over the UK and my location changes daily, so it can be challenging to visit showrooms even before the pandemic. Within 20 seconds of viewing only part of the video tour I was sold on the car! Such an efficient service and I hope when the time comes to renew my car this new service will have remained in place. Robbie really has went above and beyond especially when dealing with my partner who had many questions relevant to when she was using the car and he explained in great detail anything she wasn’t sure of. He is a credit to your establishment and we will be sure to deal with him in the future. And will be sure to send friends and colleagues directly to Robbie.

I was nervous of coming into the dealership given the current pandemic however Tracey McKenna was fantastic and put me at ease instantly, she was able to reassure me and make me feel safe. The stringent safety measures being taken are easy to see and it keeps both customers and staff safe. The service I received has been first class from all the staff but especially Tracey- I want to thank her for your friendly and reassuring manner. The customer of experience of my car service was also fantastic, I cant highly recommend them enough from start to finish. My car was returned to me substantially cleaner than when I dropped it off.
