I rented a 20-yard roll-off dumpster from Circle J for a major clean-out of my home. I found their price to be the lowest among local companies for the time period I needed, which I estimated to be about two weeks. The woman I spoke to on the phone was extremely polite and knowledgeable, and answered all my questions (of which there were many, since I'd never rented a dumpster before). I was able to get the dumpster delivered the very next day following my call. The dumpster itself was clean and odor-free, and the delivery driver was clearly a pro. After 17 days, we finished our clean-out project and scheduled the dumpster pick-up. The cost of the rental included delivery of the dumpster, 7 days on site, pick-up of the filled dumpster (up to a certain number of tons), haul away and disposal. We paid a very reasonable per-day fee for the extra days that we needed. In all, the service was excellent and the cost was absolutely worth the convenience of having the dumpster on site to complete this project and then have it all hauled away and disposed of.

Miracle makers! Cleaning out my parents' two attics and outside storage - It would take me 2 months to bag everything and parce it out at the curb for the sanitation department to pick up - we ordered a 10 yard dumpster but the wonderfully nice lady suggested a 20 yarder for only 20 more and she, being the expert, was spot on! It made a difficult project so much easier. The dumpster was clean, looked practically new, and was expertly placed conveniently at the back of the driveway. Can't thank this company enough for providing this exceptional customer service!

Contracted more than a month out and they weren’t able to deliver on time. Didn’t notify me until the very end of the business day of delivery, leaving me no chance of getting a replacement. Very unprofessional over the phone. Losing money on a renovation job waiting for this. Update. Instead of working with me to rectify the issue, they elected to just cancel the service for me completely now. Good customer service goes a long way to changing a 1star to a 5, but they chose just to put a further bad taste out there. Highly unprofessional.
