No signs for customers to line up. Customers are sent to the back of the line after they have been waiting in the wrong line. No social distancing enforced in line, although it is enforced inside the building. Rude lady at the door calling in people.

I am not sure about other clerks but AIDA PERERA is exceptional, her customer service skills and knowledge it's impressive, I used to go to bridgepoint to avoid lines but never again, she made my day, kuddos to her she is a rockstar

Leave a message on your answering service and internet saying that you are closed during the covid 19 time. Everyone is just showing up and pulling on there locked door.

So I'm trying to call them and every 1 minute it says estimated wait time is 3 minutes, I hanged up after 40 minutes..... I just had 1 question, if we have to call to set up an appointment....... Terrible.
