After trying out my first Acai bowl in Florida, I was amazed at how something that delicious could be healthy for you, so I set out on a mission to find one at home here in Minnesota. Although I was very pleased with corporate Jamba Juice, there just wasn’t anything out there like the one I had tried in Tampa. I searched all over the Twin Cities only to one day get invited out for my birthday to Nautical Bowls...it was here, and ONLY here, I found unmatched quality & taste in the land of the Frozen Chosen! Vegan! Organic! Plant-based! Non-gmo! ....& TASTES like a birthday party in my mouth...EVERY time. This place is a RARE GEM. I also love their loyalty program and coastal interior design, which makes going out with your Love, friends and family a true delight! ️I especially appreciate how their ingredients are filled with nutritional integrity ️that helps build immunity. ...because let’s face it here in Minnesota, we could all use a little more Vitamin Sea ️ !!!!!!!!!! p.s. I highly recommend the Big Island Bowl w/added peanut butter banana!

Nautical Bowls is amazing! A great healthy options that my kids even love. Very family friendly, clean and welcoming environment! A must try if you haven’t been. Everything I’ve tried has been amazing. Haven’t found a comparable in the twin cities. Highly recommend!!
