Its good, really really good. But...also quite expensive - if it was around 25% less this would be an unqualified *Excellent*. It's all traditional milanese cuisine - with some excellent risotto to boot - especially the risotto al salata (think risotto turned crispy/crunchy polo-style). Add in a small but excellent selection of wine, and it's all good ('cept for the prices, but I already said that) Oh, for dessert, get the zabaglione - it is *stellar*

Lovely junior spot around the corner from Antica Rattoria della Pesa. Food is superb, ossobucco, steak tartRe, steak with balsamic all were outstanding and dinner for 3 with a bottle of cheaper local wine was Euro 169 so how can yo beat great Milanese favorites? You can't! Only problem was they 'lost' our reservation to the main restaurant when a big party booked. Oh, and the 'sort of a trifle' dessert was blah at best.
Fabulous food from the kitchens of the Antica Trattoria Della Pesa! We didn't have a reservation for the main restaurant and sadly it was completely booked. It was suggested to go the the Bistrot instead and I'm glad we did. Great service, superb food and we had it all to ourselves too.
Awesome restaurant with traditional italian dishes. Giovanni was particularly efficient and nice with us, must to try!!

Very nice authentic, Milanese trattoria. Friendly and efficient service. Loved the risotto saltato, cotoletto fondue & risotto Milanese. It's been around awhile.
place below average overall, had raw artichokes and puntatelle - both way too salty and over marinated, beef filet with green pepper sause - seemed boiled and bleeding at the same time, spezzatino di vitello too salty. Service like in a touristic place. Will avoid
