Was able to get my daughters birth certificate in a matter of minutes and the clerk was very pleasant, helpful, and efficient. The exterior of this place needs a lot of work. Looks like something from a prison yard. From the outside you can not tell if it is open, closed or abadoned. Windows have paper covering them. The place appears to be closed down just from the outside appearance. Needs hours posted more visibly or a neon \open\ sign. I thought the place was shut down until I opened up the door to go inside. Appearance is in need of improvement.

Drove all the way up here for nothing because online it does not say when their hours are and who knew that their closed on Mondays
