These folks are the best. My doctor and his staff have always been responsive and treated me with the utmost respect. I've never been kept waiting. The reception staff is the best there is!

I can't believe some of the bad reviews here! Do people now only write reviews when they're unhappy? This clinic is so far the best one I've visited near Madison, I shuffled through some other ones before. Great staff and very fast service. They always try to accommodate patients, I was given a same-day appointment when they knew I really needed one.

My medical assistant had no common sense! She took my height with a digital height stick, which at first I thought was cool, until it was 7 inches less than my actual height. If not for my confused face, she might have marked that down in my chart! So she took it again... This time it was 3 inches less! When I told her my actual height, she didn't say anything. It was not until she looked at previous measurements taken by other MA's with common sense and normal height sticks, that she conceded. To add to my bewilderment, the MA was my height. If she was taller, I could understand thinking that the reading was reasonable - I know that I, personally, have a hard time estimating the heights of taller people. What if this had been the first person to record my vitals to my chart? Then I just would have been shorter in my medical chart than the rest of my life, not to mention reality. Why is this such a big deal? Because height and weight are used for actual medical decisions, like calculating appropriate dosing! Lack of common sense and simple gut checks is what leads to people waking up in the middle of anesthesia! I realize that this is just a clinic, so the stakes are much lower, but it still made me uncomfortable, and didn't set me up for a great office visit.

I was a patient there when I was going through a very painful and serious medical condition. I was treated with nothing but callousness and indifference. Terrible healthcare professionals.

Hated does not do justice to defining my experience. I visited the office for an annual physical and was told I should do blood work. During the time, I specifically asked the Dr. who saw me (name not needed as I am sure all doctors in this group operate the same way) what the cost of the blood work would be and was given a range. This week, I received a bill that is 4x the amount I was told after insurance; their response, it is my responsibility, as I shouldn't have trusted what the Dr told me would be... If by default, you shouldn't trust what the doctor's here tell you, why go here then?... I mean why should you trust anything else they tell you. Needless to say staff very rude..
