Great place. I board the navigator of the seas. It was very nice. The windjammer was very good and had good breakfast and food. Dinner was great and had great servers. New York strip steak was amazing. I would get that. The water slides were great. The flow rudder was very fun. The mini golf was very nice. It was in front of ship had a great view. But if you want an amazing view go to the helicopter pad. The ship was amazing. The piano guy hides in the elevator and play great music. Cool lights and so much to do. It was an adventure class ship. The islands it stoped at was amazing. Great short cruise to start out with. Pools amazing. Never ending food. Basketball court was big and fun table tennis. Overall great ship

Beautiful. Checkin in was very easy. High tech luggage check. Check out was amazing with face recognition. No long lines. Excellent experience.

Royal Caribbean has made this terminal quick and painless, with a side of excitement. The propeller is a really cool feature. I've also never had such a breezy time going through customs when we got back as I did at this terminal.

What a mess outside with drop off and arrivals. Someone should look at an airport design and make it a two level design, one for departures and one for arrivals. Absolute bottle neck. Took us 20 minutes to get around the bend and even then no where near the door. Chaos in the terminal. Even key lines were jam packed and no dedicated security line for the key. Whats the point of priority if I go into the same security line as everyone else? Disembarkation was also chaotic. Our key luggage was waiting for us but again no dedicated key line for immigration control. Royal staff barking out orders at passengers. Just label stuff and provide lanes and stop yelling at people. Terminal is beautiful but I couldn't enjoy any of it.

The security line can move slow. Often there is only one line and pre-checks are given a piece of paper to hold but remain in the same line as non- precheck passengers. If the line gets to backed up, they will open a second line and pull pre-checks out to expedite security clearing. The terminal it’s self is nice and clean. There’s plenty of places to grab a drink or some food.
