I broke my iphone 7 screen and went to Apple. Apple told me it's not fixable because the screws at the bottm couldn't come out. Chris took care of the issue on the spot within 30 minutes, gave me a free screen protector as a courtesy since it was my first time there. I broke my screen a few days later and Chris was kind enough to offer me a small discount on the repair. He didn't have to do that but he did. I appreciated his kind gesture and the fact he didn't treat me rudely. Will definitely be back!
