Really easy to donate unwanted household items free of charge. Just make sure they are in good condition, wrapped up and protected from the elements otherwise there is the risk they don't be able to collect them. I had a wardrobe and two shelving units collected hopefully someone else can put good use to them.

This is a wonderful project. As someone who hates modern stuff this is a great place to find something different. I also love how they have a price for people who can't afford much. Please donate if u can, repurpose, recycle reuse!!

An amazing place! Could furnish a whole house at such bargain prices. A huge selection of items, staff are kind and courteous. I would be lost without this place. I am always recommending it to everyone.

I think this place is brilliant. It's run totally by volunteers that give their time. I've completely furnished both my kids rooms for under 130. Delivery is just six pounds within a certain area ( I live in a village outside of Melton) and if you spend just 60 you get it free anyway. second hand furniture costs more on eBay nowadays and if your looking for a vintage project then this is a fabulous place to start! Well done guys. Keep up the good work.

The 3 piece suite was nice and my elderly dad loved it. But considering you had over an hour to get it off the rack and drop it near the back door ready for delivery. I drove up to the main door and it wasn't taken down even, what makes it worse the guy was totally useless. The wife and myself had to carry the three bits of furniture to our trailer and put it in, I suffer with Parkinson's and the wife has serious spinal problems and the guys attitude just stinks, and we suffered for it afterwards. This project has gone right down hill since I was last there. Would I go back I really dont think so.
