My personal sales representative was fantastic and is the only reason I give this company 2 stars. After purchasing my vehicle through here, the factory warranty they said would transfer with the vehicle, did NOT. In addition, the extended warranty I purchased, did not cover some of the repairs I had to have done. Under 40,000 mi on my vehicle, the list of repairs within 3 months of purchase include two wheel bearings, one front CV axle, and a water pump. So far, before the first oil change has even been done, I've lost more than 300, out of pocket, in repairs, not including time and inconvenience. I understand that all vehicles need repairs but these issues under 40,000 miles, WITHOUT Full warranty coverage that I was guaranteed, is ridiculous.

I was completely amazed by the service I received here. I had been renting a car with the Villa Rica location for almost a month after a road rage incident. After looking at many different cars and talking to different dealers, I was told that I am an unlikely candidate for financing. As a young buyer, with no established credit, and no cosigners, it would be best to purchase another car out right. I went in to extend my rental and a young man told me about enterprise car sales. I was contacted by them within 2 hours and scheduled an appointment with them later that day. To my surprise I was not only able to get a car that day but was also taught a lot of really useful information. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful especially JG who worked with what I could pay and what I wanted. JG was amazing and made me feel relieved in an extremely difficult situation. I will definitely be passing his card around. I am extremely satisfied with my entire experience and my new car.
