Front door has been leaking badly since it was installed approximately three years ago. Countless attempts have been made to establish the source of the leak, bits of plastic stuck on outside, not to mention the frame isn't even straight. They now want to take the entire frame and door out causing potential damage to plaster and decoration, only to reinstall the same door and frame which will probably continue to leak. They have even tried to say the leak is due to our front steps which were not even built when the door was fitted. We have also recently discovered mould upstairs caused by the water leaking in under the windowsills which had to be repaired, all of which causing more inconvenience and stress. I posted this comment on their Facebook which they deleted therefore I recommend caution when choosing to use superseal. I really do hope they realise their responsibility to provide their customers with goods of a suitable standard and to replace items when they are unable to fix them.

When it’s sunny the front door scrapes off the tiled floor they have been out twice and I still have the problem, can’t fault their windows more then happy with them
