The Works has a closing down sale 'everything must go' is prominently displayed on the windows but whether this is true I don't know. You can buy lots of cheap books and other kinds of stationary in the Works. Jigsaws, puzzles, maps and a host of other stuff you might want to buy as presents or for yourself. The staff are friendly and helpful.

A great cheap shop to get art supplies, books and toys. Shops don't always last too long in Macc but this is one of the constant store fronts, as good as ever.
The place for everything then bought what i already had, what's that about.
A crammed packed little shop with the usual Works great deals. Always good for a nosey and good value.
