I went to Acura of Valley Stream. Erick M. was the sales rep. His persona was not pushy however he is extremely laid back to be a salesperson. He seems as if he could care less if I purchased the vehicle or not. He went to speak to his “manager” regarding leasing, financing and cash purchase pricing. The price he told me one day was increased when I came to purchase and pick up the car. We went back and forth to try to agree on a deal. The sales manager never came to introduce himself to me ! Not one time I was there. And I was there 3 times. I never known of a dealership that operates the way they do. I didn’t purchase the vehicle. Even if they offered the best price not to my acceptance . Erick “ I could care less” attitude did not make me desire to purchase a vehicle from them.
