Awesome experience! FANTASTIC property manager Nora. She is a gem! Unfortunately had to leave due to unforeseen circumstances. The location is great, super safe. Complex kept very clean and tidy. Highly recommend Park Overland

I live here for two years and loved it! Nora, the property manager, is super helpful and quick to reply to any email. The residents are all considerate and very friendly. The only reason I left is the price of rent went up too much plus they began charging residents for water, which was not a tenant responsibility prior. They could stand to make a few updates to the shared amenities, particularly the gym, which I used quite often. Some newer equipment and a TV would have really improved the gym area. Overall, I loved my experience at Park Overland and don't have any complaints! I would have stayed if I could afford it!

I lived here for just over 3 years. The apartment was fantastic and the management was superb. Nora was extremely responsive, helpful, and understanding about maintenance problems. She was always available for questions or late-night issues. I can brag about the apartment itself (rooftop pool, balcony, gym, sauna, come on...), but what truly makes this place one of the best apartments I've ever lived in is Nora. If you're looking for an apartment with great perks and a landlord who will always be there when you need her, look no further.

First of all Nora at Park Overland is the best manager ever always on top of everything every day. She is the best... I would recommend her to any looking to rent an apartment or even hiring her. I lived here for 2 years, and this was the best apartment I had ever stayed in. Nora is the absolute best property manager and is very attentive, sensitive, and responsive to her tenants' needs and comfort. One time, I had a pipe leak within the wall of my apartment, and Nora responded to my email immediately and had someone come over and fix the problem the very next day. The building itself is also very nice, with a nice rooftop and serviceable gym. The only reason I moved was because the area is just getting too expensive, otherwise I would no doubt still be living there!
