Don't come here and expect valet parking. Park in the rear. Don't come here and expect a concierge. Walk to the front and open the door. Don't come here and expect a waitress. Announce yourself and sit down. Don't come here and expect some fancy restaurant. Appreciate the humble ambiance. Don't come here and expect the food to come in the blink of eye. Do bring a friend and converse while the food is prepared. Don't come here expecting to use your overpriced phone or plastic to pay for the meal. Bring some cold hard cash. Come here to enjoy some of the best food you will ever have. The dish soup is just amazing. The beans just perfect

My boyfriend and I wanted to grab some food, but it was just horrible. the servers didn't say our name loud and clear, I tried to ask them for help (since i saw our name was crossed out our name on the waiting list) and in response they only made eye contact with me and looked away; eventually one of the servers came but he didn't helped us at all, he was just being very RUDE!!! without explaining what was going on, he just left.
Server was fantastic and the food was incredible but Horrible customer service skills
Not a coupon-friendly place, the staff always seem shocked when a coupon is presented.
