Super disappointed to say that I've had the same experiences as other people with this business. The doctors themselves seem to be very knowledgeable and very good at what they do but unfortunately the other staff members don't seem to care. I called because they never called me after my initial referral was apparently never received I was confronted with an attitude. Then I finally got a second referral put in and was able to see them. Dr. Jordan Mast is such a positive person and really makes you feel comfortable with how he knows so much about what he's talking about. He also makes sure that you're comfortable with the decision that you are making. I had originally decided to wait on an MRI but changed my mind, so I called Wednesday and left a message for his nurse who was out until Thursday (what I was told on Wednesday). I had not received a call back by Monday so I called them, and of course yet again was met with an attitude. I was told she just got back on Friday and has a ton of messages to go through so the front desk person could put me through to her or I could just wait. Then she pretty much hung up on me when I said I would wait. Needless to say I think I may look for someone who doesn't seem \too busy\ for their patients. Update, Olivia herself, Jordan's assistant is very friendly when she gets back to you.

I've had nothing but positive experiences! Jordan is amazing and the front office has always been helpful! I saw Jordan for the first time recently and I felt heard and cared about and was very happy with the plan we came up with.

Very rude front office staff, no updates when running behind. Does not know how to speak to patients. MA should update us if running behind as well. Horrible!!!! And very upset with this clinic. Jordan is awesome but front office staff and assistants are terrible.

Terrible customer service they put you on hold for over 10 mins almost every time I call.... and then when they get back on the phone they are in such a rush they seem to not even listen. So annoying I started coming here becuase it’s closer to home but I think I will go back to my other doc even if I have to drive further
