I visited the church (which I attended when I lived in Derry 54 years ago) to carry out some research on my family, the lady in the office could not have been more helpful. Within a couple of minutes she had shown me to a room to sit in and gave me a print out of birth, marriage files etc. Thank you so much, I shall be in touch shortly as advised regarding more information. Not a Catholic cathedral, church of Ireland. On non holy days , you can wander around inside , normally an elder present , to give a little of the history . There's also a mass grave , from the time of the siege.
