This service is really handy and the location of this particular branch is very convenient, it's at the train station which makes it very easy to get to. For someone like myself who didn't have a place to stay in London and needed to go around looking but didn't want to carry around the luggage, this service was perfect. The place itself is very easy to find and stands out, the staff are friendly and the lines are short. The price is reasonable and the staff give you all the instructions. Basically you hand in your luggage and are given a receipt, if I remember correctly you are given 3 or 4 hours to collect your luggage. Every hour after the hours mentioned above the stay of your luggage costs you more money. Overall it is a very useful service and this particular branch is great, I'd highly recommend it.

I’m baffled by those who gave a terrific rating. Very unprofessional, unfriendly and extremely impatient. My friend and I had to reorganize some things before handing over luggage. We already had our suitcases on the ground, working on reorganizing for several minutes and they had asked us to move our things...should of told us where to reorganize beforehand. They weren’t clear on “technology.” To me a charger is not considered technology. When I was clarifying they were very argumentative when I was simply trying to understand what things I had considered as “technology.” Very rude and sketchy.

This place is a joke. It takes over 20 minutes to leave your bags with incompetent staff. All these negative reviews shows they don't care. Not a single reply to paying customers

Excellent service. Simple process of dropping off bags. Luggage is kept safe and secure. Pricing is reasonable but I have rated 4 out of 5 stars because it is a little bit more expensive than what I would have liked to pay for 5 hours. It is cheaper for 3 hours but over that (5 hours) is priced under 24 hours.

This can be a great place to store luggage if your flight leaves later in the day, after you check out of a hotel or if you arrive early. Fees are reasonable at around 7.5 pounds per bag for the first three hours. The rates can hey expensive beyond 3 hours. Also, the service center at Victoria station was always slammed with lines out the door when we were there. You may be better off going to a smaller center at a smaller underground station.

The price tag is at the desk after when you are waiting in the line 10 minutes or more and it's outrageous overpriced! They try to hide the price from the customers on the end. 2 luggages 3h 15. There is another luggage storage at outside of the station which is much cheaper.
