Steve and his team are so amazing. Even before I bought the Mega slam hoop, Steve was so patient and giving us his time to help me figure out which hoop to buy, and which accessories. He also helped me figure out where to place it in my driveway and to work with my landscaper when re-working the court area. The man is a perfectionist. When he was installing it, he kept making sure everything was 100% level and lined up perfectly for my court. He checked it dozens of times. Then when it was all done, he spent the time walking me through how I can tweak things with the hoop. What to look out for with the bees in the area and how to keep them out of the hoop's net. Just so many small things that I should be aware of when operating the hoop. He even showed me how to slam on it. I highly recommend Steve and his team for your work. The professionalism and pride they take in their work is amazing!
