Fantastic martial arts club in the centre of Littlehampton. My fitness level didn't matter or my age. Definitely worth a look - the first class is usually free. The instructor is very friendly but experienced. I enjoyed every class
Great class, worth popping in and checking out for sure. If you're wanting to add something else to your game or start something completely different anyone is welcomed.
