We used to love this place. We fed the ducks, played at the splash pad, and grabbed food, but UGH! If I was a homeowner paying HOA fees here, I'd be furious... the splash pad has been left to mildew, green slime coats the floor of the fountains/splash pad. How can you advertise luxury and then let your fountains/splash pad go to ruin? I'd never pay to live there if this is how the property is cared for. It's embarrassing. We've since found better places to eat and play.
