I bought a book in this store and was unsure that it was the correct book as it was for my son at school. They refused to give me a re-imboursement when I went back an hour later even with the receipt and would only give a credit note. For a shop of this size you would expect a full re-imboursement and I'm very disappointed with this ridiculous policy. We shop in there all the time but it will be the last time - we will go to Fnac where they actually do re-imboursement
