If you wish to be miss treated. Or have your doctor tell you 1. doctors don’t speak with patients. That’s how it’s done in the US. 2. People who answer phones tell you because they work there they are qualified to answer medical questions. 3. Doctors who say. They are to busy because he has 10000 patients use them. 4. Ask for your medical records sent to have them not sent. I could go one. Best place to be miss treated.

I’ve been coming here for years and have waited to see a doctor for up to an hour at times. Today I had an appt that I thought was at 1030 but it was as actually at 10 so when I got there at 1030 they would NOT see me. I couldn’t believe it they did however charge my card the minute I walked in. So I hat yo ask for a refund to my card twice before they did it. I explained it was an innocent mistake and they said NO they won’t see me. So now I have to find a new doctor in these uncertain times. I do not find this treatment acceptable - this is no way to treat a patient. No care at all.

I don’t wanna bash anyone there cause I’ve had good days and bad days. But the phone system is extremely horrible, I’ve waited almost an hour and then hung up on after waiting so long just to fill a prescription (which is a controlled substance so I have to talk to a representative). I’ve been going there for years and I can see the phones ringing and no one even flinching just talking and laughing with each other. I went in for a sever pain in my head that gets worse when I’m laying down and I went for an MRI, I would of had to wait 2 months for a follow up with my doctor ( thank god they sent home a letter saying everything looked normal) but still in that time I was freaking out and my anxiety was absolutely out of control. These are peoples lives and health that your not taking serious, I work in the medical field and I ALWAYS! Give my attention to patients and they’re needs, if you can’t do the same then I think it’s best you find another job.

I went here with two concerns and the doctor said he would only treat the first issue that I mentioned and if I wanted help with the second issue I would have to make an appointment and come back another day. I asked if we could only treat one issue today could it be the second issue instead because it affects me more and he said no because I’d mentioned the other thing first. He spent 6 minutes with me total.

First off, their phone systems are absolutely horrible. Half the time I can never get through to an actual person, and end up waiting on hold for over thirty minutes. Secondly, I've had issues making and canceling appointments. I canceled my appointment over the phone, and they never actually cancelled it on the calendar. The staff has major miscommunication issues, including the doctors. For example, I had an MRI performed with them, and they told me it was inconclusive. I went to another neurologist, and was admitted into the emergency room for advancing lesions on my brain. The first MRI, done with South Shore, had shown older lesions, but like I said, I was told they were inconclusive. When I called the office back to speak with the original doctor about it, they didn't seem to care at all. I wouldn't recommend this practice to anyone. You can receive much better care elsewhere.
