I recently needed a refill on my prescription 2 weeks ago. Walgreens pharmacy called me in telling me that they still had not received a response from Dr. Gonzales. So I decided to call the office myself. When I called it said that this phone number was no longer in service. I called Walgreens to see if they had the same number and maybe I dialed the wrong one. That was not the case because we both had the same number. I called once again and heard the same message. My husband decided to drive up to the office on his way to work and to his surprise the office was empty. No furniture and no note on the door. Where did he go?! No phone call, no email and no letter through the mail explaining why his office has closed. I have not ever had this happen to me before. I called the neurology department at Baylor in Irving just to receive no call back either. It is frustrating and upsetting to the unprofessionalism of Dr. Gonzales. My heart goes out to all of his other patient’s who are just finding out or have not found out he is no longer available.

Dr Gonzales treated my daughter in Huntington Wv when she was 4 years old. This was in 1993/94. She had been to numerous doctors and no one had an answer. Dr Gonzales was suggested and upon looking at her he almost immediately knew what was wrong. After some testing we were told she had Guillian Barre Syndrome. Little was know about this at that time yet he went above and beyond to keep us informed and to take care of my daughter. You mad a lasting impression on our lives. Thank you Dr Gonzales for all you did. My daughter Jasmine looked you up yesterday and sent me a screenshot. I had to write a review.
Dr. Gonzales is considered an old school physician. One who is very detailed and thorough. Make sure you come prepared with dates and times of your symptoms manifested. Dr. Gonzales ask a lot of questions. But it is all for a proper diagnosis. Please bring any prior scans or x-rays with you, if less they were taken within the last 60 days of your appointment with him. I enjoy Dr. Gonzales approach to medicine. Great physician. His staff needs a little work in customer service.
This Dr. deserves no stars. My experience here was horrible. Patients have to wait hours before being seen. Not only does Dr. Gonzales yell at his staff, he mistreats patients as well.
I’ve been seeing dr Gonzalez since 2003.. I have no clue where he is now. Very disappointing.
