Great Drive-In movies w/4 screens running double or more features. Close enough to downtown Indianapolis. Amazing concession stand and very clean bathrooms. This place rules! Someone puts a lot of thought in the movie selections. Greatly appreciated!

First time at the drive-in movie theater! We came to watch Black Panther and Creed, curated by Michael Jordan and Amazon Studios. Overall, we had a great time. The lot is big and fits many cars (still, arrive an hour before to get a good spot), projection quality was great and so was the sound quality. There’s also a concession stand where you can buy food and drinks. Make sure to bring camping chair and whatever else makes you comfortable! Don’t forget your masks, wipes, and sanitizer! Another great thing is that you pay per car - no matter how many people come with you. The gate staff was very friendly and helpful! The only downside I see is that it gets noisy from time to time - mostly because of aircraft flying over or trains nearby. Not a major issue, but I had to mention that.
It was my first time going to a drive-in theater and my experience at Tibbs Drive-In was great! I was lost and couldn't find my screen. I parked and asked someone in concession and they were very friendly and helpful. The sound quality from your radio was great. If it's your first time, would suggest that you arrive 45 minutes to an hour ahead of time to find your screen and to get a good parking space. I will be going again!
One of the most nostalgic experiences I’ve had! It was fun and the staff was awesome. Good sound quality, but the picture on our screen was really dark. I was hard to see the movie for most of the screening. The other screens looks pretty good though. I would highly recommend this especially during this social distancing phase.
This review is being written by someone who LOVES going to the drive in, but hasn't been since the days of the speakers you hung on your car window. The picture and sound quality were excellent. Tibbs is losing 1 star because the concession line was impossible and only way you get sound is through your radio. I like to pull my truck in backward and sit in the bed of the truck to watch the movie, but without an outdoor speaker, or a phone app, it's hard to hear even with the volume at max. I will bring a portable radio next time.
