Shabu shabu at its best. Thinly sliced pork with just enough fat. According to the waitress, the veggies are to be done after the pork are finished. Because the veggies may ruin the taste of the pork. Once done, turn up the heat to full for 2 minutes and then cook the noodles. Enjoy.

Great food and services. Specialized with famous Kagoshima (South Japan) pork and it’s ShabuSabu with dashi source is amazing!!! Large restaurant and great services. A little expensive for what you get (3,200 JPY for ShabuShabu lunch course), but worth trying once.
We are 2 persons (2 girls) and ordered 1 set dinner of pork and 1 dish of mixed sashimi for us. The price is reasonable and the food is so delicious.
English Menu: yes. English speaking staff: yes, several with decent English. They were prepared to explained the process too. This is a Kagoshima beef and spices shabu shabu( where you cook the thin meat in boiling water. ) place. The base level is 3000, giving you a plate of pork belly, veggies, a few meat balls and tofu blocks, soba noodles for after the meat, miso soup, some sauces and yuzukosho ( a spicy pepper paste from Kyushu that is awesome and available at the register). For 3000 per person I though the meat was a little lacking for 2 people, but we also ordered rice and drinks. They had house brewed umeshu ( plum wine, little sour). drinks were about 500. Rice was 200. And for dessert we recommend the Shirokuma shaved ice. It has a delicious condensed milk sauce on ice with some fruits and red beans ( azuki/anko) underneath. In total out bill was 8600 yen, and we stayed about 90 mins. Ambiance was nice, clean, easy enough to find in the basement of the building. As I’m from Kyushu, it was quite nostalgic to have the yuzukosho.
One of the best shabu-shabu I’ve been to. Very delicious you will not regret here. You may take either Ginza line or Yurakucho line.
