I've been coming since the beginning of the year, so for about 2 months now. It has been a very rewarding experience and I'm having so much fun I keep increasing the number of classes I go to plus I'm planning my schedule around this. It's a workout that doesn't feel like you're working out, but by the next day my muscles sure know I've been working out Every time I can do a little more and when I go in and can finally do a thing I've been working on it leaves me glowing and remembering instructor praise for the rest of the day. I recommend taking as many teachers as possible. All the ones I've taken teach differently and have different focuses, so in order to have a complete understanding of a move and how to do it best for your body is good to learn from them all.

What a great studio! All the teachers were so welcoming and it was an overall incredibly supportive environment! I am a more advanced student but I enjoyed the dance style classes so much! You get an incredible workout and they are set up for all levels so you dont need any past experience! I particularly loved chair erotica and liquid motion. Learning to move that way felt so good and is so empowering! I would recommend this studio to anyone wanting to start learning pole dance, wanting to change up their fitness routine, or wanting to just get in shape and feel good about themselves!

I booked through class pass! I was late 5 min and I was not allowed to go in even though they were still warming up. The receptionist was not helpful all she said is that I’m sorry I can’t let you in! I asked her about getting my credit back! And she said she can’t help me!! Well, I’m sure I won’t be ever coming to this studio again!

I did not have a good experience here with the instructor lisa. I wanted my best friend to come to pole and see if she would like it because I love it! I live out of state so I was just going with her for suoport. The instructor asked me if I did pole or I have just done a couple classes. I proceeded to tell her that I have been in pole for about two years. I understand no instructor wants anyone to go in and step on their toes. I went in very excited and happy for my best friend to learn. My friend was doing the spin completely wrong and Lisa just looked at her and did not give her direction. I mentioned she should try to walk in the move so she has more momentum. My friend was jumping on the pole and hitting her ankle getting very discouraged. All along Lisa continued to watch and didn't help her at all. I did another spin that wasn't the fireman and she rudely said "hey, you back there, stop doing that". I was there to bring them a customer. The attitude was not appreciated. She seemed very conceited and cocky. I asked her to do the move alittle faster because usually the instructor does a move than teach you. She said "well, you should be able to do the move slow and fast". When I told her I was getting confused because I am just used to seeing the spin faster, I guess she was insulted and I felt very attacked after. I don't understand why I was treated like this. I feel because she had some kind of issue with me she ignored my friend and did not help her and my friend was very discouraged. She no longer would like to pursue pole fitness. It is a big disappointment that because the instructor, my friend does not want to go back. She was very slow in explaining this than wanted to rush through and not actually help the people there. I have been to several different pole studios and never have experience such cockiness and attitude towards clientel. I must say Rita was amazing and very sweet. I recommend someone factor!
