The vet hospital had made arrangements with a very basic cremation service for our first beloved son (dog). Not knowing anything and them not explaining when we knew the type of service they would be giving we looked online and found Dignity pet Crematorium, the staff are so amazing and lovely. They really spoke well and were very supportive and sympathetic to us. They looked after our boy till the end and he was cremated in peace. They really deserve more than 5 starts for the amazing service they have given to us. I would be recommending them to everyone I know. Thank you so much dignity pet crematorium you definitely go by your name!

Third time we have taken a loved pet to Dignity. Their service has been excellent and made a sad time more manageable. Even though we now live further away we would not go anywhere else. Their care and patience in explaining everything has always been excellent even when I am too upset to be coherent on the phone. Despite the Covid restrictions they allowed me to spend time privately with Sophie to say a final farewell. Thank you so much for providing such a kind and helpful service.

We lost 2 pet rats within 2 weeks of each other in early January. Dignity were incredibly sympathetic and patient, especially when I was upset making the appointment. They took a real interest in our rats which not everybody shows when you have small animals. We felt very looked after and would definitely use Dignity again.

Dignity Pet Crem were amazing when helping me with my hamster Meg who had passed away unexpectedly on 11 January. They were able to fit me in to bring her in on the same day, and talked me through all the options I had over the phone without feeling pressured or rushed at all. The place itself is very peaceful and calm, and as you’re unable to go inside at the moment they’d reserved a space just outside to say final goodbyes. The courier service I chose to return her ashes to me was quick and efficient, and very securely packaged. As I’m getting a memorial piece created, I was advised to have a scatter tube, which in itself is quite beautiful, and definitely a helpful idea. Overall I’m really grateful to Dignity for the compassion and care shown when I took Meg in, and would recommend their services to anyone else who finds themselves in the sad position of losing a loved pet.
