1600hrs, Saturday afternoon, would not allow me to put in an order for two new pairs of glasses. I was informed - \ I Did not have an appointment\. No customers at all in the Specsavers department. As they close at 1800hrs it seems there wouldn't be enough time to complete the order. Obviously a bad attitude to adopt. Happy New Tier! (Tier 4)

Had a problem with my eye rang this branch up to see if I can see someone I was told someone will ring me back shortly never got that phone call il stick to vision express in future

Visited this branch for the first time earlier this week for a contact lense check up. All staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Location convenient and waiting time considerably less than previously experienced at Canterbury branch. Recommended.

I had no confidence in them at all, my eyes were not check properly, I had a 'learner' who was unsupervised, and even though I pointed out my distance glasses needed to be checked nothing was done about it until I saw the last lady. My eyes are pressures to me as I only have one and cant afford to loose it.
