Server did a great job. Timely refills and bread. She deserves 5 stars! Thanks Pebbles. Food was just acceptable but not exceptional. It has been a couple of years since I have eaten here and didn't expect to pay 30 for a bowl of pasta and seafood. I know that they are trying to keep the staff working but it was not worth the money. Nothing to complain about other than the price and yes, I know that there are less expensive entrees. The Monday special was probably the deal of the day but I was intrigued by the bowl so... Just my .02 worth.

I've been to red lobster plenty of times and I understand covid has impacted plenty, but I was extremely dissatisfied when my food was brought to the table. I ordered the ultimate feast and they gave me over cooked lobster and what appeared to be crab legs that are left over after the good stuff is taken at the buffet. 33 for my meal and 80 total, I'd rather get the fish fillet from McDonald's than eat there again.
Went on a Saturday night around 8pm. My family and I were told that there was a 30-45 minute wait, but sat at our table around 8:30 which was good. When our waitress came to greet us she told us that she was new so be patient with her. That's always a good sign. Our drinks that we ordered came in small glasses that looked like lighthouses. Three lemonades, one Pepsi, and one water. We ordered five baked potatoes with our entrees all the way except no bacon. Our food came and three of the baked potatoes had bacon on them so we sent them back. Only two bake potatoes were brought back to our table. My son never got his and the waitress quickly disappeared so we couldn't ask her to bring her his baked potato. I gave him mine so he could have one to eat. We didn't get any refills and waited for our waitress that wasn't anywhere to be seen. When she finally did come back I had to ask her for refills. She brought back one Pepsi and one water and told us that there was no more lemonade because the bar was closed. We paid for three drinks without a refill and had to sit through dinner without anything to drink. The manager, I assume, came by shortly after and told us that the restaurant was closed and we needed to pay. I asked for boxes to take the food with us that we hadn't even finished. There were still several tables in the restaurant and we were being rushed out. Overall, a bad experience and my family and I probably will not be going back. Longhorn was our first choice but there was over an hour wait and that's why we decided on Red Lobster. We should have waited at Longhorn because there's better service and they do not rush their customers.
Great service the waitress always kept my glass full was always there asking if I needed anything checking up on me perfect the food was great service was excellent couldn't ask for anything better
Had my first experience with Red Lobster the other day. The food was very good. But it took 50 minutes to get it after placing the order. I’m not a very big sea food eater but always wanted to try crab. I didn’t realize getting it out of the shell would be so difficult. It just ended up being a very long dinner experience. I ended up just taking everything home in boxes since we were there so long. Crab was probably not the right thing to order for a beginner but what I did get out of the shell was pretty good. Their lobster and shrimp was also very good.
