we had a 5 day trip to wales from the 19th of September. we would like to say we had a wonderful driver DAMIEN my husband uses a wheel chair Damien was great in helping me when he didn't need to so please thank him again.he is so polite and would answer !any question we asked. he told us everything about the area. please hang on to him he is one of the best The ony thing that we can company about is the evening meal which was well below standad

Absolutely shocking as a company overall. Not fit to have a school contract & transport children to & from schools. Often late, some drivers are abusive & rude to the children using appalling language. (Language ive heard myself as children have put drivers on loud speaker) Often pulling the bus over to threaten the children & mess about by saying they aren’t taking them home. Driving them back to school for petty things & generally making them late. On one instance the bus was over an hour late picking the children up because it went to the wrong school. Children have reported a driver smelling of alcohol & hitting Kirbs & clipping road signs. Office staff are appalling too as say they will look into issues but never follow anything through. Can’t get to speak to a manager at all! Not worthy of one star rating but had to leave one to leave this review!
