I am not easily impressed by the modern medical community, but let me fully commend the Granbury Lab Corp branch. First I used the reservation and wait until you are texted features for my appointment. They worked very well. The staff was so efficient, I had six miles done with no pain in almost no time. I can hardly believe that I am saying it, but it was a pleasure to visit.

I find Lab corp phone system customer friendly non existant.. The Tech in Granbury is efficent but defensive when I told her they were out of soap 2 wash my hands. She did a quick & xlnt job on the blood withdrawal.

Every time my part-time employer sends me for a 5 panel screening, I typically make an appointment with LabCorp so that I'm not taking too much time off of my full time job. They post their hours online, and I schedule the appointment online which is convenient, but when I come in, they say they can't do it, it's too late or they only do it at a certain time!! Nobody notifies me to let me know they can't do it at that time, or to advise me of when a better time would be. Then I have to come in AGAIN! It is a complete waste of my time. If they see my appointment listed, and they know I won't be able to complete my screening, they should have the courtesy to let me know before I take off work to come in. This has happened to me twice and is unacceptable.

I haven't gone in yet, will update after, but I'm here for a drug screening and I just have to say having a little kiosk and not speaking to a human when I get there makes me very uneasy. It wasn't like the place was booked or anything, the receptionist was talking to no one when I got in, and it bothers me and doesn't make me feel very welcome or comfortable to be somewhere where my biggest first interaction is with a computer. I suppose the lady was nice, but she seemed to talk to me like I was stupid kinda which I dont appreciate but whatever. It was clean, so that's fantastic, but I was uncomfortable and nervous the whole time as well as feeling like I was being talked down to.
