GoPinball - Martin arrived on time and whilst sorting my score board( not working , the reason for my call out) pointed out various problems, light out, bumpers perished, faulty bits of wiring etc left by by my previous service engineers. All lights and sounds fully operational. Took maybe 90minutes and result is my Hook machine is good as new again. Thanks Martin. I’m impressed. I called Martin in need of help as my screen on my machine had stopped working. He advised of his call-out price and wasn't sure if he would be able to fix the machine in one visit - it seemed like he was looking out for me from the start of the conversation rather than taking advantage of my lack of Pinball knowledge. After some short conversation, he was able to assist with my problem over the phone and was happy to do so. He knew everything about the machine, Martin quickly and easily assisted me to solve the problem myself with great communication and politeness. I would highly recommend Martin for anyone within his area! Very helpful, extremely happy with his services.
