As someone who has lived in New Mexico for a few months, I fell in love with the New Mexico (hatch) green chili! Once you have it, there’s nothing that compares! I recently got my fiancé to try some and she fell in love too! Since I knew she liked it, I wanted to bring her to La Rista, when we walked in, she was very excited to see that they offered over 100 different types of tequila! When we sat down, the bartender/server ( went Monday at 3pm) brought us over some chips and 3 different salsas. All 3 were amazing! We started with the Elote which looks amazing in the picture but taste even better than it looks! Then I ordered the blue corn stacked enchiladas. She had the 2 item combo, 1 green chili pork enchilada and 1 red chili chicken enchilada! Everything was fantastic! If you’ve never had New Mexican food, I HIGHLY suggest you at least try it!

Love, love, love this place. I am a frequent flyer here. There chicken enchilada soup is my go to favorite whether it is in the winter here or 110 degrees in the summer. They have many other amazing dishes. Love the atmosphere and the service. The have a mic night which is nice if are looking for something different. Been going here for years and will never stop. Great place of you are craving New Mexican food.
My wife and I went there Friday night. It was our first time in. Marc was our server and was very polite and helpful. Food was delicious, and atmosphere was inviting. Will recommend others to go!
Came with chips and salsa appetizer, I ordered green Chile chicken enchiladas, and my wife had stuffed sopapilla. The restaurant was very pleasing, it truly felt like you were in a plaza with the nice art of Adobe houses, beautiful decor/art and Chile ristras throughout. I gave a 4 because the shredded beef from the stuffed sopapilla wasn’t very appetizing. The service was great and would love to try other menu items, but we would definitely come back!
Delicious queso with really good frozen margaritas. They have many different flavors you can add. Be sure to come for happy hour or margarita Monday to get 5 drinks. Great service.
