I had applied for an education loan. Service is not good and they always seem unconcerned towards the customer. They commit to faster processing which is no where near the truth. They truly test the applicant's patience and time. Personally I wouldn't recommend anyone to apply for an education loan from here even if the interest rates are good. If one has ample time and energy to approach them now and again then surely go ahead with them.

Very slow staff, person who is sitting on cash counter doesn't know how to talk, how to behave with seniors, simply rubbish. Would not recommend anyone to open a/c in this branch.

Its one of the worst service experience in Delhi and NCR. Though you can expect some casualness in Government sector bank but this branch is on top of that list. They are not ready to help not ready to pick up call and help any one. Least bothered about the customer.
