Never thought I would say this, but I had a wonderful experience buying a car!!!! A friend referred me to Rickey David (salesman), he & I had emailed back & forth for a few days, he listened & put me in the perfect (for me) vehicle.. Everyone that we came in contact with from the salesman to finance, etc. Everyone was great & treated us like we were life long friends! For the first time in my life, buying a car was very easy, painless & fast process! I was very pleasantly surprised!

Stopped by, without an appointment, I could tell it was a busy day, but to my surprise, they were able to get me in for service same day. The courtesy area was a nice place to wait with my daughter and made the time go by fast. Everyone was exceptionally courteous and Ryan was very professional!

The manner in which they handled themselves was both professional and courteous as well as second to none. It was my first purchase from them and look forward to dealing with them again. Check Engine light illuminated. I called Glenn Polk after being unable to get a reasonable service date in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and most of the dealerships needing the vehicle a minimum of one full day to diagnosis the light, even with an appointment 1-2 weeks out. Glen Polk service department scheduled me in the next day. I arrived at 0945 and left with the issue resolved by 1215. I am a happy customer and will return there for future service.

We had an awesome experience! No high pressure sales! In and out in with a new Chevy Blazer in record time! Michael Nack was our sales person. He also sold my daughter a Blazer last year and will soon be selling one to my Mom soon! Great guy and really gets to know his customers! A in our books!
