A very professional company! G&R shipped our Fazioli piano from SW England to Chicago. They did an excellent job; the guys who picked it up were courteous and professional - they made it look easy. My main point of contact (Myrtle) was patient and communicative, answering all my questions and sending photos of it being crated. The freight forwarder and our local delivery company both reported that the piano had been very well crated. The price was very reasonable too in my opinion. I recommend them without hesitation.
