Insane - absolutely, insane! The food, service and ambiance here is off the charts. Started with the sea scallops which was an amazing blend of sweet and salty then went with the salmon and lobster dish which was so tender and full of flavors, finished off with the bread pudding dessert that Evan brought right on time as if he knew we were considering it! Definitely a must !

I arrive at this outstanding restaurant every couple of days because I like the good air that is part of this restaurant. The team is awfuly loyal and well trained. The service is absolutely efficient. Most important, the food they serve is good. I have been there more than once and I was always joyful. The cost is honest. I suggest this restaurant to to all.
Really enjoyed our dinner! Everything was delicious! We ordered pear margaritas, lobster nachos , risotto and rigatoni and everything was so good! Will be back
Been to this place twice and each time it has been fantastic. New location which is bigger and full of eccentric artwork and decor. Great atmosphere, food, and beverages. Previous meal I had was Rigatoni which was phenomenal. This time had the risotto sea scallops, tenderloin tacos, and bread pudding. Not shown was the signature prickly pear margaritas. Definitely recommend and will be back again. Make a reservation to avoid waiting.
21 years and going stronger than ever. I went with my girlfriend to celebrate both our birthdays for the first time at the new location. Wow! talk about a night and day change from the standard Canyon motif. I thought I was somewhere in the old and awesome South Beach days before hip/hop ruined it. We had an amazing dinner for two with 2 cocktails for about 110 with tip. Which is great considering the consistently top notch quality of the food, presentation, and ambiance. It's energetic, it's trendy and it's how we say in Spanish CANYON! Going again tonight and now, they definitely take reservations because it was packed on that Saturday night the 16th of January.
