I am a new owner in this complex and do regret choosing this complex. First issue is the noise. Floors/ceilings are not concrete/soundproof in any of the units, so I can hear every step my upstairs neighbor takes, when they use their microwave or are on the phone, I can hear my neighbor’s on the other side of the wall and their dog barking or blasting music. Finally, neighbor’s below smoke enough weed to make an elephant high and the smell occasionally seeps into my unit. I have also had a few packages missing, so don’t fully trust my neighbors. Outdoor amenities (pool, benches, grilling stations etc) are in disrepair and severely outdated. Management frequently fails at communication and responding to general inquiries or complaints. If I am lucky to get a response, it will usually follow the lines of “there’s not much we can do...”. Why am I paying association fees again? Otherwise, maintenance staff have been great with my needs. My biggest pieces of advice for those interested in moving into this association are that 1) live on the top (4th) floor which will greatly reduce noise from neighbors since no one will be above you and 2) try and meet your neighbors before committing to buy to make sure there are no red flags. This association has a lot of management work cut out for them, and quite honestly I believe the whole complex needs to be demolished and rebuilt.

It sucks, I don't recommend living here.The community dryer's are always broken and theres a huge roach problem. If you call the front desk for help they are rude and ask why you haven't fixed them yourself.

Our landlord if 2911 #6 was a slumlord. Bed bugs, cockroaches, theft in the community, trash everywhere. You can definitely get a better bang for your buck at another place, I would not recommend here

Great community close to mosaic district and Fairfax and Vienna. Easy walk or short drive to the metro. Tons of trees - feels like you’re in a much more remote area than you are.

Looks nice but lots of units are rented out to non-owners and are filled with 1 family sharing each room. They also move around a lot and spread bed bugs. Have told management about units hat have bed bugs and she replies “well hnfortuably they are renters not owners, we are aware but can’t do anything about it” RUN FROM THIS PLACE unless you want to live with constant bed bugs because the cheap renter WONT get rid of them!!! The children go to school and pass them to the entire school bus and neighborhood. My family was a victim and management doesn’t care. Very expensive and LONG 6 month process. Please RUN FROM YORKTOWN
